Front-End Software Engineer

A Front-End Software Engineer position is available with X4 Engineering, partnering with a pioneering data intelligence firm in the energy and commodities sector. This remote role, open to candidates across the U.S., requires designing and delivering scalable software solutions using React, TypeScript, NodeJS, and Postgres. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of front-end/web development with a strong focus on React, Vue, or Angular.
• Proficiency with React, TypeScript, NodeJS, and Postgres.
• Strong problem-solving ability and experience building scalable applications.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with DeckGL or other advanced visualization tools.
