Front-End Developer Intern

Responsibilities: Develop JavaScript applications with ReactJS and React hooks, assist in architecting solutions, collaborate with the business, support product requirements, identify process improvements, participate in code reviews, and ensure compliance. Support end user training documentation and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications: Applicants must be enrolled in their junior or senior year, with a 3.0 GPA, and available to work 20-30 hours per week during core business hours (8AM – 5PM CST). Requires experience developing JavaScript applications using ReactJS, proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, knowledge of version control, experience with cross-browser development, and experience with RESTful APIs. Working knowledge of basic UI/UX design is needed.

Preferred Skills: Familiarity of Next.js and Tailwind CSS is a plus. Experience with unit and end-to-end tests. Understanding of Agile framework and methodologies.

Working Conditions: Remote or in-office presence is required if requested. The position involves 20-30 hours of work per week.

Physical Requirements: This job requires long periods of sitting, standing and walking in front of a computer and doing repetitive tasks. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
