Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a significant technology product from inception to launch, collaborating with your engineering team to create optimal solutions for our customers and partners.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to develop products that enhance customer success through iterative development.
• Architect, build, test, and release high-quality features, actively contributing to and reviewing code, while focusing on improving team, product, and engineering quality.
• Participate in the hiring process to build a strong engineering team, both within your team and across the entire engineering department.
• Shape engineering and team culture by providing mentorship and guidance to your reports, supporting their career growth at Multiplier.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience and 5+ years of engineering leadership, managing teams to deliver substantial products.
• Proven experience in leading product teams and building SaaS products, demonstrating the impact of your work on product and team success, preferably within a high-growth environment.
• Deep understanding of a high-level programming language (Java, JavaScript, Go, Python, etc.), with an aptitude for learning new technologies and introducing efficient working methods.
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals (JavaScript/HTML/CSS) and experience with Front End stacks (React, VueJS, Svelte, Angular, etc.).
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Google Cloud, and similar platforms. Experience in scalable distributed systems.
• Expertise in agile methodologies for software development and delivery, including incremental development practices.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems effectively.
• Experience in the complete hiring process for engineering talent.
