Position: Engineer Software

Responsibilities:

• Assists in designing and developing software solutions with general domain knowledge.
• Analyzes user requirements and makes decisions under supervision.
• Participates in software design for features and bug fixes.
• Supports development projects based on specific instructions.
• Troubleshoots code issues and makes timely decisions.
• Develops an understanding of industry and Albertsons quality standards.
• Supports debugging and fixing issues in development tests.
• Collaborates within the team to solve problems.
• Demonstrates understanding of quality standards with minimal revision.

Experience Required:

• 0-2 years in software development (including internships, academic projects, or freelance).
• Exposure to at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript, or Python).
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with APIs.
• Basic database knowledge (SQL).
• Experience on similar projects (assignments, hackathons, projects, or internships).
• Willingness to learn ReactJS, Angular, or mobile frameworks.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
• Eagerness to collaborate.
