DevOps Engineer (Client)

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on building and scaling services within a cloud environment. This role requires a passion for operational excellence, automation, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing operational best practices for tools and automation, including version control and IaC using Terraform.
• Leading the development of CI/CD best practices using tools like Jenkins and Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Providing support and maintenance for the existing configuration management environment.
• Building and deploying tools to enhance the deployment framework for our Enterprise platform, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
• Developing and implementing zero downtime deployment strategies.
• Collaborating on process improvement and identifying bottlenecks.
• Automating tasks and troubleshooting issues to prevent recurrence.
• Ensuring solutions comply with security and regulatory standards.
• Promoting and implementing continuous testing practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
• 5+ years of experience with Git and other revision control systems.
• Experience working within Agile teams.
• Advanced scripting skills in Perl, Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, etc.).
• Proficiency in IaC using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
• Experience delivering solutions on AWS (Azure/GCP a plus).
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• AWS/GCP Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer or Architect certification is highly desirable.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
