Data Scientist 3

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product teams to identify data-driven innovation opportunities.
• Process large structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends and patterns.

Build and implement custom models and algorithms using predictive modeling to:

• Enhance customer experiences.
• Increase revenue.
• Power user-to-user discovery (matchmaking at scale).
• Partner with engineering to deploy models.
• Develop tools to monitor model performance and data accuracy.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of Data Science and ML experience in consumer internet/B2C products.
• Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering (or Data Science certification).
• Machine Learning expertise: recommender systems, NLP, user profiling, image processing, anomaly detection.
• Strong statistical analysis skills for large datasets.
• Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, and hands-on experience with libraries like Numpy, Pandas, scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow.
• Data visualization skills using tools like Redshift, Tableau, Looker.
• A strong problem-solving ability and inherent curiosity.
