Content Writer (Growth)

As BusRight’s first Growth Content Writer, you will shape our messaging and storytelling to support demand generation and brand awareness. You will create compelling content for various channels, including outbound email campaigns, customer newsletters, case studies, white papers, and event communications. Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams, you'll ensure messaging is polished and aligned with pipeline objectives. This role involves refreshing templates, developing collateral, and managing communication frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize outbound email cadences (achieving 25%+ open rates and 10%+ reply rates).
• Refresh and maintain high-converting prospecting templates.
• Draft and produce five customer case studies or white papers (within six months).
• Update the sales team's one-pager.
• Manage bi-weekly product update emails.
• Develop and distribute a monthly industry update newsletter (to over 7,000 recipients).
• Design templated email frameworks for event-driven communications.
• Collaborate with Sales and Events teams.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics.
