• 5+ years of experience in product development, architecture, and design.
• A commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
• Experience mentoring, providing code reviews, and offering technical leadership.
• Ability to work in an agile team environment as a self-starter.
• Passionate and skilled in coding.
