We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer in Python/Django to join our core engineering team. This role involves developing backend applications for a highly scalable web and mobile-based software product.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design and develop APIs and backend systems.
• System Architecture and Design.
• Code Quality and Maintenance.
• Database Management.
• Testing and Debugging.
• Project Leadership and Collaboration.
• Mentorship and Team Leadership, Agile/Scrum Participation.
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic.
• Making the data platform stable, scalable, cost-efficient, and agile to the addition of new requirements.
• Performance and Monitoring.
• Ensure Data Security.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of Django/DRF experience is essential.
• DevOps experience is a plus.
