Must-Have Skills:

• Strong in Python, Java, and SQL
• Good grasp of Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design
• Problem-solving mindset with accountability

Good-to-Have:

Experience with Spring, Flask, Big Data tools, Apache Spark, cloud platforms (Azure), or analytics is a plus!
