Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer with deep expertise in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, Co-pilot, MS SQL Server, Azure, and SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize end-to-end digital solutions, driving automation and analytics across Finance and Accounting functions. Experience with UiPath and exposure to other automation platforms will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Dataverse, and Power Automate.
- Build and manage Power BI dashboards for financial and operational insights.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SAP S/4HANA, SQL Server, and Azure services.
- Leverage Copilot and AI-driven tools to enhance solution efficiency and user experience.
- Automate workflows and processes across Finance and Accounting using Power Automate/UiPath.
- Build connectors/APIs for seamless data flow across systems.
- Ensure robust data management and governance in Dataverse and SQL environments.
- Collaborate with Finance teams to identify process improvement opportunities and translate them into digital solutions.
- Provide support, training, and documentation for developed solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and organizational standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
Technical Skills And Expertise
- Skilled in developing both Canvas and Model-driven apps, with strong knowledge of Dataverse data modelling, role-based security, and governance practices.
- Experienced in building cloud flows and desktop flows to automate end-to-end business processes, including integration with ERP and legacy systems.
- Proficient in creating interactive dashboards and reports, performing data modelling, writing complex DAX queries, and implementing row-level security.
- Ability to integrate AI-driven features into apps and workflows, leveraging Copilot to enhance user experience and productivity.
- Strong expertise in writing queries, stored procedures, performance optimization, and managing large financial datasets.
- Skilled in developing and consuming APIs, building custom connectors, and integrating Power Platform with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.
- Practical experience integrating Power Platform solutions with SAP processes in Finance and Accounting.
- Knowledgeable in ensuring compliance with organizational data policies, security best practices, and regulatory standards.
- Familiarity with UiPath for robotic process automation, providing flexibility in handling processes not covered by Power Automate.
- Agile Delivery: Comfortable working in agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative solution delivery.
- Experience in optimizing bot performance, reducing execution time and improving resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Power Platform development.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
