Key Responsibilities:

• Craft clear product outcomes and vision for small and medium-sized products with limited supervision, demonstrating understanding of product goals and organizational needs.
• Grow skills in connecting Best Buy's broader strategic vision to product and product vision.
• Craft objectives and supporting measures of success that deliver value by solving customer problems and meeting business needs.
• Support delivery through effective sprint/backlog prioritization.
• Contribute to a customer-focused team culture.
• Actively seek out, research, and suggest new ways of working and ideas for product team feedback.
• Analyze product performance through qualitative and quantitative analysis tools and processes.
• Demonstrate inclusive leadership.
• Co-moderate difficult conversations with stakeholders.
• Work under rapid development cycles.
• Build skills from retroactive analysis to using data to understand customer problems.

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Product Management experience with a bachelor’s degree, OR experience working with Development, User Experience, Strategy, or related.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a professional environment with an emphasis on consumer products, technology, or software development.
• 1+ year experience with Agile methodologies.
• Track record of working with product owners; completing and shipping excellent data products that deliver clear results.
• Proven ability to articulate clear and concise requirements.
• Experience reviewing providing analytical insights on changes in products and features using SQL, Tableau, Looker, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, QuickSight, etc.
• Experience creating real-time dashboards.

Preferred:

• Experience working in an omni-channel retail environment.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and transformation, statistical modeling, aggregation, and regression.
• Proficiency with writing, tuning, and maintaining complex SQL queries.
• Proficiency in creating clean, intuitive, self-service-oriented data visualizations.
