AI Full Stack Engineer

About the Job

We are seeking a Full Stack Generative AI Engineer to join our growing team at Voxhire. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career developer to gain hands-on experience with modern web technologies, cloud platforms, and applied Generative AI. You will develop and maintain features for both our recruiter dashboard (Voxhire) and candidate platform (VoxTalent), while also integrating Generative AI capabilities. This is a Hybrid position.

Responsibilities

• Develop user interfaces for web applications using React/Next.js and related technologies
• Implement backend APIs and services using Node.js/Express.js
• Integrate Generative AI components (OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.) with frontend and backend systems
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement new features
• Participate in code reviews and testing procedures
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack
• Contribute to improving application performance and user experience

Requirements

• 0–1 years of professional development experience (internships/personal projects acceptable)
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with React.js and modern frontend frameworks
• Familiarity with Node.js and backend development
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn Generative AI integrations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Next.js, Express.js, or MongoDB
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub)
• Understanding of prompt engineering, AI/ML concepts, and LLM integrations
• Previous project experience (academic, personal, or professional)
